Day 22

Just finished dinner.  I was pretty sad that there weren't any carbs on my dinner menu.  I know we aren't supposed to have any packaged food but I was in a hurry on the way home from work so when I stopped at the shop to pick up fresh veggies I also picked up some smoked salmon.  Right about the time I put the last bite in my mouth someone walked past the table and told me that smoked salmon has tons of salt and SUGAR in it.  Uggghhhh!  I'm so upset.  I cheated with out even knowing it!!!!!! Guess that's what I get for breaking the no packaged rule.

Looking forward to getting tonight's workout over (except the jump rope) and getting into bed early.

  1. The no carbs will help you burn fat so look at it that way and you'll love it! :)

  2. Why do you not look forward to the jump rope part of your workout?

  3. It KILLS my legs (shin area). But I'm sticking it out. I walk/jog and mix it up with the jump rope hoping each time it will get better. I know it's a big part of PCP so I'm doing my best with it.
