Day 16

Went to Cost-co with Tony to stock up on veggies and my favorite salt free seasoning (I posted a photo a few days ago).  I also bought one of the cooked chickens and shredded the meat off of it so that I wouldn't have to cook the protein portion for a few meals.  The bagels we bought also weigh exactly 100 grams each so that's handy and they taste great.  Photo below of the shredded chicken and bagel with steamed spinach for lunch. However as you can see by the second photo half way through the sandwich I was full.  I had to force myself to finish it.

  1. Full --- oh how I remember the feeling. Sometimes I felt like a stuffed cow, but it will all come together and there's a reason. Keep eating. With PCP your body will change and it's not like the typical diet where you are starving all the time....how great is that?! :)
