As usual I put my workout off til the evening yesterday and then it just got later and later til I finally went to bed. Feeling guilty I got up first thing this morning and did yesterday's work out and now will be doing today's workout as soon as I finish this post. I still hate the jump rope so I was glad to get this morning's email. Even a few days without the jump rope are something to look forward to.
I bought lots of fresh blueberries and raspberries yesterday so I have been snacking on those for my fruit meals and still finishing of the chicken from yesterday with plenty asparagus. Tonight's dinner was poached fish with tomato and edamame (so I hope it's a veggie and not a bean).
Lunch today...tomato, bagel, chicken with avocado slices.
Jump rope --- I HATED it today also. Some days are just plain harder then others (even after day 90). I kept telling myself today, "When you don't feel like doing it, DO IT ANYWAY!" But, yes I struggled terribly with it today, so you are not alone. It comes and goes, just keep trying.
ReplyDeleteEdamame is a food we're not familiar with over here in the states....I emailed Patrick about it as I need to know about it also.
Avocado slices ---- THE BEST! Great job, Lori!
These simple small meals make all the difference. Don't give up on the rope it will HEAL you!
ReplyDeleteLori, to quote Patrick about edamame:
ReplyDeleteYeah, with edamame, you discard the outside, so it's just a bean, not very helpful for training. There are some things like snap peas where you eat the husk and that's some badass fiber, but not edamame.
