Day 55

At narita airport waiting for the bus. Finally back after missing my flight yesterday. Took a couple of photos in Singapore so hopefully I can get some of them up soon. The last 2 week have been ok diet wise except that I'm actually having trouble eating all the food just because of timing. Little bit harder when you are away from home. Workouts have been another story. I only missed one day of cardio in the 7 days I was away but I struggled to get my workouts in. My energy level has been extremely low. I'm not sure if it's emotional or physical since I'm struggling with some personal decisions that need to be made right now. Plan is to snap out of it today now that I'm back and focus on the part that I know makes me feel better (PCP)

    Remember to sleep enough! That makes a huuuge difference.
