Day 8

Sticking to the diet was much easier today than I thought it would be.  Especially when everyone in the office was eating junk food and I was crunching away on carrots.  I am totally wiped out today and think I will be in bed by 9:30pm and asleep by 10pm.  I am looking forward to going with Tony and Rich to meet Patrick tomorrow and have a work out at the studio.  I also need to go get as much shopping done as I can so that I can get some meal preps done.  I think one of my biggest struggles will be time issues so I am trying to address some of that by preparing ahead. 

I know I am not as active as some of the others on the blog on weekdays but I spend about 13 hours a day in front of a computer and on the phone right now so when I get home all I want to do is my workout (if I didn't do it in the morning) eat and go to bed.  I will try harder. :-)

  2. mmmm edamame. But I'm used to having it with salt :( Does it taste just as good without it?

  3. Don't worry what everyone else is doing, it isn't a competition. As long as you keep doing what you need to be doing and make progress. Keep it up!
